We have been the solution provider for EIFS application since 2002. Major part of our services involve the design and supply of Foam Core Lightweight Moulding.

Commonly refered as lightweight coping, Foam Core Lightweight Moulding is a modern lightweight architectural product, derived from EIFS technology. It is an alternative technology to traditional method of architectural decoration.

It consists of expanded polystyrene core, enclosed in cement based composite and reinforced by a layer of Alkaline resistant coated glass fiber mesh.

Each component has different property designed for specific purpose, contribute to the strength and durability of the finished product.

Our prefered brand includes Masfoam®, is specified to be compliance to EIFS application, only expanded polystyrene core with fire retardant is used, to resist the spreading of fire during an emergency.

It is made into many shapes, designs, and sizes to meet architects and owners desire. It is light, durable and versatile.

Masfoam® and other EIFS products are used as decorative architectural mouldings, windows sill, corbel, ornament, motifs, parapet, architrave, keystone and most decorative features of a building facade.

Masbond® is cement based adhesive, specifically formulated for Masfoam® and EIFS installation. It maintains excellent bonding between EPS foam and the substrate even after decades of weathering. Unlike ordinary cement mortar which does not adhere well to EPS foam.

Masbond® is delivered in a convenient package. Just add water and it is ready to used. Thus avoiding problem like improper mixing proportion of liquid bonding agent and cement.

Masbond® has 30 minutes working time, and exhibit good adhesion strength even when it is wet.

Masfoam is supplied in a standard length of 2.4 meters (8 feet). But custom lengths are available for bulk orders.
